Boyiton (HK) Group Holding Limited has initiated and established on 20 January 2010 at the Hong Kong Companies Registry. Since it's establishment, it has been committed to the sales and after-sales service of scientific research equipment hardware and software. It has become a number of international scientific research equipment production and R&D sale companies Agents in China. The products cover four fields: physical and chemical analysis, life science, environment and feature detection, electronic measurement and control, electronic remote sensing, and material surface treatment. In order to facilitate the development and management of the Chinese mainland business, Boyiton (HK)  has established three subsidiaries in Nanjing of China, NanJing Boyiton Scientific CO., Ltd, Nanjing Jieyali Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Hitak Electronic Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.. Among them, NanJing Boyiton Scientific CO., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the sales of scientific research instruments and equipment, The other two companies are mainly responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing and operation of equipment and after-sales services.

For example, deducting associated trade and converting it into a unified US dollar comprehensive statistics Boyiton (HK)  ,The entire system(including NanJing Boyiton Scientific CO., Ltd, Nanjing Jieyali Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Hitech Electronic Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.) Its sales in the last three financial years: In the financial year 2015(April 2015-April 2016), sales revenue reached 12.15 million U.S. dollars; In the 2016 financial year(April 2016-April 2017), sales revenue reached 15.19 million U.S. dollars; Sales revenue of $15.5 million achieved in the 2017 financial year(April 2017-April 2018)

In 2013 and 2014, NanJing Boyiton Scientific CO., Ltd., a subsidiary of Boyiton (HK) , was authorized by US Molecular Instruments to be the chief agent of some industries in Jiangsu Province. Since 2017, it has also obtained US PCB Piezotronics, Inc.. Jiangsu Regional General Agent for some product lines.

如扣除关联贸易并统一折算为美元综合统计博仪通（香港）集团控股有限公司整个体系（包含南京博仪通电子科技有限公司、南京捷亚利电子科技有限公司和南京哈泰克电子测控技术有限公司）其最近三个财务年度的销售情况：2015财务年度（2015年4月-2016年4月）实现销售收入 1215万美元；2016财务年度（2016年4月-2017年4月）实现销售收入 1519万美元；2017财务年度（2017年4月-2018年4月）实现销售收入1550 万美元。

博仪通（香港）集团控股有限公司下属南京博仪通电子科技有限公司在2013年、2014年曾获得美国分子仪器公司（Molecular Devices）指定授权为江苏省区域部分行业的总代理商；2017年起又获得美国PCB公司（PCB Piezotronics, Inc.）部分产品线的江苏区域总代理商；
